Client’s Challenge
Al Uruba is a coffee shop built around Yemeni culture and tradition, created for people who appreciate authentic Yemeni coffee. However, the shop’s visual identity appeared outdated in a competitive area, making it harder to stand out and attract new customers.

Based on this, we developed a brand strategy focused on balancing tradition with contemporary appeal. After several design iterations, we created a minimalistic yet tradition-inspired identity that reflects Yemeni heritage while feeling modern and cozy. From logo and packaging to signage and cups, the new style gives the brand a clean and consistent presence — highlighting authenticity without overwhelming the visual experience.
